Hopes Circle Cattery Information and Policies
We offer the following shipping and delivery options when you purchase a Sphynx kitten from Hopes Circle Cattery.
Air Shipping is available within the USA weather permitting. Most major USA airports will run the the range of $350, which includes flight arrangements, pet carrier, and a vet check to be sure kitten is healthy to travel.
We welcome you to come and pick up your Sphynx kitten in person. We are in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
We do offer personal delivery of your Sphynx kitten to your door, or meeting you part way depending on time and distance to be traveled. Costs will be negotiated before hand and must be paid in full prior to delivery.
At Hopes Circle Cattery we value your privacy and will not give your contact or other personal information to anyone without your consent. We may send you emails or other correspondence unless you notify us otherwise.
Billing information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, and billing address will be used solely for billing.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless your sphynx is found to have a life-threatening genetic defect by your veterinarian. We require that you take your sphynx to your veterinarian within the first 3 days after being received by you. If, within that time, a life-threatening genetic defect is discovered we will gladly apply your deposit and/or payment, towards another kitten from Hopes Circle Cattery, as one becomes available. We require that we receive the original sphynx back, along with a report from your vet, and the condition is confirmed by our veterinarian before any exchange can be considered. Should you choose NOT to have your new sphynx checked within the previously stated time frame the health warranty will become null and void. No refunds will be made under any other circumstances.
Pricing varies by cat and age. Our prices are competitive within the industry. The best way to find the current price on a particular kitten is to just ask via email.
Hopes Circle Cattery requires a $200 non-refundable deposit on all sphynx kittens. This will hold your kitten until it is ready to come to you. The balance is due before shipping or pick-up of your kitten. Kittens are usually ready for their new home around 16 weeks. They will be up to date on shots and be spayed or neutered already.
